Gerson took car of all of the cross border paperwork for the Chile- Argentina and explained the process in full along with any issues that we might face on our journey. ::We booked a Suzuki Jimny for 2 persons and drove from Puerto Montt to Punta Arenas 3500 km in 3 weeks. Carretera Austral and Ruta 40. Airporttranfer was included. The car was in a very good condition with few kilometers run before. Good tools and maps were provided ( wheel nut wrench and jack) We used only the maps Bordercrossings were easy, we got all the papers we needed. Questions were answered fast . We fully recommend Adel rent a car

::Adel rent a car and especially Gerson made our trip through Patagonia a trully amazing experience. From the first contact until the return of the car (plus free dropoff at the airport) we received the best service and guidance. We rellied on Gerson‘s suggestions to go with the Renault Symbol, which was a great choice and despite the sometimes unpaved roads the car got us everywhere (roughly 4000 km in two weeks). All the documents for the boarder crossing were well prepared and everything worked out fine! No problems, no complaints, fair price and therefore we can highly recommend it!!!

::Great service, friendly staff, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. We took Gerson's recommendation for a small 4x4 and very glad we did. His knowledge of the area was very helpful also, and all the paperwork was in prepared in perfect order for border crossings etc. Highly recommended.
