  Our experience with Andes Property was very good. They replied promptly to our queries and when our first apartment choice turned out to be unavailable due to a misunderstanding with the tenant, they were immediately able to offer an almost identical place for the same price. I would definitely recommend them, not least as a way to avoid the paperwork required for most other apartments in Santiago.

  We had a pleasant stay here in Santiago right from the start thanks to Andes Property, will definitely book with them again if I decide to return
