  Best place for Once. Old style interior and great service. Best desserts in Santiago.

  i cant understand the reviews for this place at all. we made a quick detour on a trip around the shops to visit cafe cologne. the staff inside we miserable and seemed not to care (plus you'll be charged 10% of you bill for the service) the coffee was by far the worst ive had in a long time and far more expensive than you'd want to pay. i can't comment on the food as we didn't eat due to all above.

  We are coming to this place for years, everytime when in Santiago. It has gone down with every visit we had. Most of the cakes on the menu are not available, however cookies are as good as ever. This place needs a lick of paint and some love, may be a new pastry chef. I hope you will be still open when we come back next year.

  Good portions and good quality and good service, friendly people as well. though, i wouldn't call this place "tasty". Personally, I found it disappointing, they offered us something and later came back to us saying that isn't available anymore.
