  This place, along with Las Famosas also in Valparaiso, serves the best empanadas I have had in Chile. With over 80 choices, you really can’t go wrong. The dough is the highlight. Fried but not greasy at all - feels baked! They would do well to get some salsas, but it’s just not the Chilean way!

  Decent empanadas with a diverse selection. Definitely worth a visit to get the chilean empanada experience; however, they still are simply just empanadas--greasy fried carbs. Be sure to get there before the tour groups or you'll be waiting a while for your order.

  Fried empanadas are by far the best empanadas and these ones are the best we've had between Chile and Argentina. The dough is fantastic, the empanada is cheesy and the fillings are super delicious. The spicy one is actually spicy. The tomatoes are nice and fresh. Try 42, 48, 76 for meaty ones. For veggies try 60 and 79. A4 for dessert.

  Me encantó la empanada. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Es un local pequeñito, pero muy famoso entre los lugareños. Recomendable la empanada número 6: queso, camarones y cebollita.

  Best empanadas I've ever had!! They were made when you ordered and was delicious. Has an amazing selection, including tons of vegetarian options. I ate empanadas in a bunch of other places in South America and this by far was my favorite!
