::Nice big hotel in the city centre there is a good service and quite tasty breakfast in the morning with quite big choice of food to choose from. My room was big and quite comfortable with tv, free WiFi. Bathroom was ok but it is star showing some signs of wearing off but still ok I would recommend this hotel for people spending some time in Punta

::Basic features for the price you pay which consists of small unappealing rooms with a tiny window, television channels presented in static view, and a small kitchen which doesn’t have much to offer. For basic necessities it’s ok however for the price I expected a little more which it could offer. Staff were helpful tho.

::Think Fawlty Towers in Spanish! Travelling in a small group of 6, had a dinner pre-booked from Australia. Dining room staff knew nothing about it & could only manage 3 seperate tables then mix up over the menus. Then, on first full day had to swap rooms at 0600. Bath didn't drain properly. No fridge, tea or coffee in the room. Hotel wasn't bad just didn't quite reach standards required.

::Located close to the main shopping area and an easy walk to the shore. A small market and square opposite have a variety of entertainment and stalls. I was impressed with the front desk service, having about 50 people turn up at the same time and they moved them to their rooms very quickly and efficiently. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The main bar was a good place to relax and talk with snacks available. The restaurant provided great food at a reasonable price. A great selection was availble for breakfast.

::Great hotel overall. Perfect location in Punta Arenas, close to shopping and a ton of restaurants and across from the main square. It’s also steps from the waterfront if you want to stroll along the Magellan Straight. The rooms are modern and spacious with blackout curtains. The windows open, which is nice. It was a bit hot in the room at night still, even with the radiant heat turned off the entire time we were there. The breakfast buffet included was good and we even got a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome. We had dinner there one night as well and the food was amazing. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
