  Muy buen lugar para realizar eventos empresa. Cercano a metro, muy vanguardista y moderno. Desde fuera no se nota pero por dentro es bello. El servicio es muy bueno y cuenta con wifi que funciona perfecramente. Sin duda recomendable.

  hotel bello, tutto perfetto, camere ampie e pulitissime. L'hotel è molto centrale davanti al parco bellissimo anche lui, e vicino anche ai monumenti più famosi. Personale accogliente e molto cordiale. prezzo corretto. Veduta bellissima, tutto perfetto, super consigliato !

  Cheguei em um grupo, o hotel não estava preparado e o atendimento foi muito lento. Além disto, me deram a chave de um quarto errado, onde já havia outra pessoa.

  The maids were amazing. Ours was incredibly friendly and would tell us to let her know when we left for the day so she could make the room. The rooftop patio is nice along with the free breakfast every morning. The reasoning for the 2 stars arises from the rest of the hotel. The evening bartender on the fifth floor bar was overcharging, pocketing cash, and adding tips to the bills we charged to the room. On top of this, the front desk staff tried to make us pay the 19% VAT which, by law, you do not have to pay if you charge meals and drinks to your room. When we confronted her about it, we had to have our Spanish speaking guide explain why we did not have to pay because Camilla (front desk attendant) forgot how to speak English as soon as we were unhappy. I wish I could give this hotel a better rating, but the customer service and corrupt staff just make that impossible.
