  Esta vez tuve otra habitación, estándar y la atención y los servicios estándar también. No había televisión con sistema de guía, ni batas, ni precios del minibar y la atención en el mostrador demoró mucho en el check in, justo cuando se llega con tanto cansancio. Lo demás todo bien. Camas muy cómodas. Hotel muy silencioso.

  The hotel is great. Nice staff and the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, minutes for everything in the city center.

  I agree with some of the comments below. The hotel is nice but the staff needs proper training. I asked the female concierge if she could change our room (we wanted to stay on same or upper level floors) with a bathtub, to which she replied she didn’t know which ones had them, then proceeded to give me a room with ADA access and stand-up shower. I went back and requested the original room since she seemed upset at my request. I was then given a key that wouldn’t work, after the 3rd try (no apology was given) she sent me with the male concierge who opened the door. I was then told in a condescending way how to open the door. It’s a shame that a nice place has such poor customer service.
