  Hotel muito bom, espaçoso e ótimos quartos. Bom sinal de internet e ótima localização. Preço cobrado é o normal em Santiago em sua categoria. Vale a pena se hospedar.

  fabulous place to have a drink at the bar next to the pool. You don't need to be staying at the hotel to go for a meal or drink.

  This is a wonderful boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. The staff is friendly and efficient. They spoke English and we're very helpful confirming excursion bookings. Francisco at the front desk even helped me solve a cloud/file problem. My room was exactly as pictured on the website, a gorgeous suite with hardwood floors, a marble bathroom and very comfortable bedding. There's a lovely buffet breakfast each morning and a small restaurant on site. Room service is available. There are restaurants nearby and a major mall is under a mile away. All in all, a great hotel in a very nice location.
