  Demaciado Caro. La demora en traer la orden es demaciada. Estoy dispuesto a pagar Caro pero x un buen y rapido servicio.

  De los platos, nada que criticar, son estupendos. Pero la atención, más que deficiente. Junto a los tragos y la comida, pedimos un vaso de agua y un poco de jugo de limón. El agua llegó cuando terminamos de comer. El limón no llego nunca. Las explicaciones agranbaron la falta: el Garzón explicó que no había hielo y que estaban exprimiendo el limón. Justo a las 20 horas, hora de inicio de la atención nocturna. Demasiada falta de previsión. Imperdonable en un restaurante del nivel de precios de este. Que no es barato.

  The food is actually quite good and the young waiter was nice and professional. But 1* because the manager was really unprofessional, I had the travelers discount card which should give 10% on the whole bill + 1 pisco sour for each guest. First of all we were never offered the pisco sour. Then, we were two people with only one card, I understand that they only give the discount for one person in that case (even though if they would like clients to come back, I'd just give the discount for the full bill), BUT after the waiter told me we would get the full discount, the manager came and told me that I could only get it on one dish as I get the discount only for one person, and that that would be the starter. I argued that at least it should be my main dish and not the starter, but if I just ate alone I would have got a larger discount, as it would be my starter, main and drink... But anyway the manager was quite rude and despite the food being quite good, I will never come again!

  Food in general was good, however, the service was quite bad, at least for foreigners. This restaurant is supposed to have 15% of discount in all items in the menu if you get the "tax free card" from this mall, however, when the waitress came with our bill, she said we were supposed to show the card BEFORE we asked for the bill, and when we tried to reason with her, she then said that the combo we ordered could not get any other discounts since the combo itself was already cheap, even though the booklet said ALL ITEMS from the menu had 15% of discount.
