  Ha mejorado muchísimo en los últimos años, tiene de todos los servicios necesarios para un terminal de buses. La seguridad respecto a robos y accidentes en los movimientos de buses podría mejorar, debería ser la agenda a seguir para los próximos 5 años. Podría mejorar los accesos de buses para evitar los tacos en temporada alta.

  Hay mucho espacio para sentarse, los baños están por lo general limpios, es un espacio seguro, hay techo y entrada para sillas de rueda, hay donde comprar para comer a toda hora, no le doy cinco estrellas porque no tiene un lugar para comer comida más elaborada, solo comida rápida. Tampoco cuenta con un área para fumadores. Parte del servicio que ofrece es un auxiliar que se encarga de tu equipaje y los buses, por lo general son muy puntuales.

  Rodoviária de Santiago é bem perto do centro, ônibus para diversas cidades, importante ficar atento no embarque porque assim como todas as grandes cidades existem pessoas que furtam os nossos pertences, acreditei que Santiago fosse mais evoluído e me furtaram alguns objetos. No mais a rodoviária tem uma infraestrutura básica que atende as necessidades. Os ônibus de algumas empresas surpreendem pelo conforto das poltronas.

  Horrible service. If you are a tourist be very very VERY careful if you use this bus service. When I used there transfer from the airport to the bus terminal this huge African-American took my baggage stubs out of my hand and then proceeded to give me only two of my three bags. He didn’t speak Spanish or English. And then started yelling at me in some foreign language. After he handed out all the bags my last bag was still there and if it wouldn’t have been for the security guard that came running to see the commotion , I am not sure I would have gotten my last bag. When I asked him for his name to file a complaint, one of his buddies ran over and between the two of them proceeded to keep yelling at me. I had just arrived in Chile after 24+ hours of flying and was completely horrified. I’m a single mother and had no idea what to do. I asked the bus driver for his assistance’s name and then he started yelling at me. This happened January 9 at 9:53 am bus number 2149. Please from one fellow traveler to the next USE EXTREME CAUTION if you use Tur Bus!!
