  Didn't enjoy the attitude of asking for a credit card in the check-in not explaining that they would make a hold of an undisclosed amount on that card, that was superior to the value to pay the night. The reservation was made through the booking and the value payed was superior to the one indicated in the booking because they added the VAT only in the moment of the payment (First time it ever happens to me). The staff were nice though. Nice bedroom and a good and diversed breakfast .

  Nice hotel in a good location in downtown Las Condes, nearby to the beautiful local parks, business district, and close to the subway system to get to the other areas of Santiago. Staff were helpful and the rooms were neat and tidy. Not a lot of variety on offer at breakfast.

  What a great Hotel and location! Staf was execeptinal. Best Best Western Hotel I have even visited. (A Platinum BW member)

  Nice and clean room. Beautiful view from the swimming pool. The staff are so kind. Very comfortable. Excellent food.

  It's an excellent hotel. It's near a shopping mall, supermarkets, a very nice Park and the subway. The rooms are very nice and tidy. There's a gym and a pool with an awesome view of the city. The receptionists are very polite and ready to help you with anything you need. Breakfast is very nice with a great variety of food. I would recommend this hotel if someone asked me where to stay in Santiago.
