  Really bad library. I went there with the hope of getting a good internet connection (it is listed as part of the BiblioRedes network in Chile, which are supposed to have good internet access) but it was horrible, maximum 27KB/s during my whole time there (this is about 40 times slower than I've seen in other Santiago public libraries). Adding insult to injury, the place closes at 03:30 PM, when I (and the only other person trying to study there) were unceremoniously booted out so some not-so-much-public-serving public servants could go home early. I didn't have the time to check their book collection, but it didn't look like anything great either: just a couple of bookcases. In short: don't waste your time, go someplace else.
