  Check in slow. But friendly staff. Room was nice and bright but had a weird smell of petrol/gas. I got bed bugs first night. Asked to move rooms, no rooms available to move to, so they said they’d clean the bed. Of course, a ‘clean’ doesn’t get rid of bed bugs and the second night it happened again. Asked to change rooms and the only bed they had was in a smaller room with bunk beds (I had a single bed) and would have to change again the next day. Asked for a refund instead. They did grant this. They were apologetic and friendly about but if you are prone to bed bugs please beware!

  This is a place more suitable for young 18+ years partygoers. Some rooms have bunk beds and that kind of sucks if you are a couple. Do not expect silence until 1AM.

  The place was nice, if u are a people personagem and Mike to share is good, but if u like privacy and hotel is better.

  Probably the best hostal I've been to so far! Very atmospheric, clean, comfy, great kitchen equipment, free coffee & tee, comfy beds, VERY friendly stuff. I would always come back to this place in Valparaiso!!

  One of the best hostel so far ! Very clean, perfect location, staff so friendly. The breakfast is not included but if you take it, you won't be disappointed. Free coffee and tea all day. Kitchen fully furnished, computer and tv. Reception 24/24. Bar from Thursday to Saturday.
