  Muy agradable estadía, una terraza especial para beber una cerveza, escuchar música por la noche, el servicio de desayuno muy completo y rico, personal amable. Muy buena hostal si viajas solo, debido a que tiene muy buenos precios y mucha variedad cultural en los huéspedes.

  Estou indo dia 30/03/2018 prá lá,mas vi matérias e depoimentos muito bons de lá,do atendimento, localização e hospedagem.O ponto negativo foi não ter espelhos suficientes e higienização dos banheiros que deve ser feito com mais frequência.

  The hotel is very well located. The room we had was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. The only thing a bit off was that one of the bed side lamp was not plugged and there was not plug to plug it to. The breakfast is very nice with fruits, scrambled eggs, sausages, a machine to make yourself panini, etc. Finally, the reception is open 24/7 and the staff is brilliant. We had booked a taxi online to go to the airport, but we had a doubt on the pick up time. The guy at the reception told us that it could be a bit short given the traffic in Santiago. He called the taxi company for us. He called again when they hanged up and waited when they put him on hold. The taxi company then called the reception several time and they were really helpful.

  Pros: 1. Real good location at the heart of city center 2. Rooms are spacious and clean and tidy 3. Good breakfast 4. Rooftop bar with happy hours Cons: 1. No AC (although we didn't find much issues when we stayed in November) 2. Too much construction noise from building in front if you are staying at roadside room 3. Wifi is poor and only available at reception and rooftop (common areas). This is very bad considering the price we are paying. 4. Lazy housekeeping not placing center table and carpet at proper places But overall good but felt a bit overpriced comparing the services received.

  Rooms were clean, 8 to a bathroom, breakfast was great. The wifi only works in the lobby. Staff are good and have hostel events organized. Rooftop bar is also cool. Seems like an older building in fresh paint at times.
