  After having missed my previous day flight, an incredibly humble and helpful person called Lucas from the Delta Airlines office in Santiago's airport nicely took care of my need to get another ticket and rapidly printed one so I could continue dealing with my customs issues that day and assuring a seat on the plane. Thank you so much Lucas for your 5 stars service, as I said in the counter area, you for real saved my life. I apologize, again, for the stress caused, you deserve a recognition for your passion for service. Big thanks!
