  The shuttle from the airport is included in the price, which isn't the case for some other nearby hotels. At reception, they spoke excellent English, and were happy to give me my room a few hours before the advertised check-in time. The room is plain but perfectly functional. But the room service is non-existent. I called the number several times over the period of half an hour from about 7pm, but they never answered. I called reception, and they transferred me, but nobody answered. So I called reception again, and they took the order on my behalf. Over an hour later I called reception again (because room service didn't answer) asking what was happening, and they said that the restaurant was very busy, and they would see what was happening. How long does it take to make a club sandwich and some fries? That was over an hour ago. It's been three hours since I began my quest for room service. I haven't taken a shower yet, because I'm worried I'll miss the knock on the door. I haven't gone down to reception or the restaurant in person, because I'm worried my food will arrive while I'm gone. This is not room service. This is room NON-service. The hotel should remove "room service" from its description.

  Good service and good location. We had stayed here 3 times in December 2017 and January 2018. Clean room and free WiFi. Good breakfast. All staff are very helpful. They serve all the customers with free shuttle to and from the airport. Will stay here again if visiting this country.

  Good airport hotel. No coffee making facilities in the room unfortunately. Limited menu but service in the restaurant is excellent.

  Decent airport hotel. Big rooms and big beds, good air conditioning. Breakfast is average, open at 4am closes at 10:30am, didn't try the restaurant. Includes a sauna and a little gym with couple of bikes and machines in, nice touch if you have a little time. Get the free transfer from the airport to the hotel from TransVIP desk, transfers back to the airport are every half hour.

  Not posh but perfect. The reception guy from Miami made our stay! The room was spacious and comfortable. Best bathroom towels we have seen in a hotel in South America. Breakfast starts at 4AM!! Free shuttle to AND from airport. This is the place to stay😁. We arrived 9PM, left at 5AM.
