  We arranged a custom tour/transfer with HecTour from the port in San Antonio, Chile to our hotel in Santiago via Valparaiso and Vina del Mar. HecTour met us promptly as we disembarked from our cruise. We had an excellent and informative day with our guide Georgie who answered all of our questions and who recommended a place for lunch in Vina del Mar, which was wonderful. Thank you Georgie. All arrangements were made by internet before we left Canada. We were very impressed with their service and would highly recommend this tour operator.
