  Good hotel, the rooms are a little lacking but the staff and location more than make up for it.

  Un lugar acogedor para quedarse por un par de días. El desayuno me encantó, con todo tipo de variedades para todos los gustos. Cómodo y cercano a restaurantes y bares del cerro. Recomendado totalmente para quienes desean descansar.

  The staff were super pleasant and accommodating. The location was perfect. The breakfast was decent, especially for Chilean standards. Unfortunately, this is less of a hotel and more of a hostel in terms of quality. We could hear everything going on in the common area and our neighbor rooms, upstairs, and noise from the street. The building is cute, but insulation is poor. The shower fixture kept falling apart, and water was slow to drain. Other reviewers have similar comments about noise and shower. The noise was the biggest negative factor for us. Maybe you can try a higher floor to avoid some of the noise. The views on TripAdvisor and Google Maps seem to be somewhat inflated. The people and service were awesome, it's just the building itself that has some pretty serious issues.

  Muy relajado y pintoresco, por estar ubicado en una casa restaurada. Le da todo el sello porteño, ese que no se encuentra en cualquier hotel. La decoración también le hace honor al nombre.

  Decoração antiga, muito legal! Atendimento nota 10. O problema só foi o quarto embaixo da escada e o chuveiro que esfria no meio do banho.
