  Booked with airline miles and the hotel demanded an additional payment without explanation other than the airline didn't pay enough. Holding my luggage until additional payment rendered. Thieves.

  Bon petit hotel. Prix raisonnables. Bien situé. Faire les rues barbouillees de superbes Tacs et peintures

  In a tight accommodation budget we choose the Don Santiago and do not regret it. It is a family run hotel. Our room had double windows. Comfort is basic compared to similar standards elsewhere but the rooms have all you need and appear to be recently 're decorated. Excellent location to discover Santiago. Quiet neighbourhood but just meters from the subway and walking distance to Bellavista and Cerro. The breakfast buffet, despite the size, offers good products and good choices. Friendly staff. Definitely the hotel offers good value for money.

  Très bon accueil ,possibilité d'accéder à la chambre bien avant l'heure du chek-in.Chambre confortable ,pas de nuisance sonore constaté.Petit déjeuner parfait.A 5 minutes du métro.

  Muito bom hotel apesar de ser pequeno. Sua localização é ótima muito perdi do metro e do pátio bela vista. Silencioso e com ótimo atendimento. As pessoas são simpáticas e sempre disponíveis. Café da manhã justo, poucas opções mas o suficiente para ter uma boa refeição. Possível deixar a bagagem antes do check in. O quarto para 4 pessoas que fiquei é muito bom com 2 ambientes Banheiro pequeno mas não atrapalhou em nada a estadia
