  An excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Very courteous staff and good rooms and service. Highly recommended

  Best service and complete hotel in Punta Arenas. They have casino in the hotel. If I am not mistaken, this is the only one casino in the town. Good service from all the staff. Free and fast WiFi. Good breakfast with many variations of food. They have restaurants with good menu. Not far from supermarket and many restaurants around the hotel. Will stay here again if visiting Punta Arenas.

  Stayed here a couple times in between Antarctic cruises and it is nice. Beds are comfy, rooms always appear clean, showers cause a slight river in some bathrooms but nothing major. Sky bar and the hotel pool are nice perks.

  Don't go to the sky bar ! Good views of sea and city but the worst service we have ever had in Chile!

  A nice hotel (with Casino) located on the water front and walking distance to the town center.
