  I have stayed at the Novotel every time I visit Santiago. The hotel is in a nice place called Vitacura, the streets are safe and I haven't felt any sort of danger. The hotel is also located to many stores and restaurants that you can visit and don't have to be stuck in the hotel. The hotel it self is nice but it is starting to show its age. When you check in you should ask for a room with a shower in the bathroom. Sometimes you get a weird half tub half shower deal that it is not great. The bed is comfortable and the room is nice. They provide a kettle, mini fridge, and safe to but your things. Oddly they don't have an iron or ironing board so you must ask for one at the front desk. All the rooms have air conditioning but make sure you test it right after you check in. Sometimes they are not functioning properly. The restaurant itself is OK. The morning breakfast is nice with a lot different items to choose from.

  Very nice hotel, modern and elegant, moderately priced. It's in a residential neighborhood. We found a few nice places to eat. There are two large supermarkets nearby. The room was small but adequate. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a good experience

  Cómodo y bien ubicado. Todo siempre limpio. Personal eficiente y amable. Terraza con buena vista. Desayunos completos y deliciosos. Camas excelentes y habitaciones aisladas, no se escucha ninguna bulla.

  Fiquei hospedada com meu marido e filho de 3 anos. Verifique o preço em diversos sites de hospedagem, pois há muita diferença de valores entre os sites. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Nós falamos apenas português e isso não foi um problema, pois todos se esforçaram para nos entender e atender bem. No quarto, há 2 banheiros, sendo um deles unicamente para o vaso sanitário e outro para pia, banheira e box com chuveiro. É diferente, mas aparentemente é a cultura do local. Há piscina com aquecimento, mas não aproveitamos por falta de tempo. O café da manhã é excelente e possui frutas, ovos, bacon, salsicha, croissants, pães, frios (queijo, salame, presunto), sucos diversos, café, leite, chá, pães doces etc. Todo dia eles variam e fazem algo diferente. No restaurante do hotel, há uma pequena brinquedoteca com video game, livros e outros brinquedos, que é excelente para fazer a refeição com tranquilidade, enquanto as crianças aproveitam. A cama é muito confortável e a ducha do chuveiro é ótima. Possui garagem incluída na hospedagem. O quarto era limpo todos os dias e as toalhas trocadas. O bairro é o muito agradável, bonito e aparentemente bem seguro. Fica bem perto do shopping Arauco e de restaurantes. Há serviço de quarto 24h. Eles deram um chaveiro de tigre para o meu filho. Adorei a cortesia.

  The room was great, very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing, they are very friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay nice. I was only there for the night, but I would definitely go back! This is a great place to stay if your Spanish isn't very good.
