  I asked for a good restaurant indication in the Mercado Central and they told me to go to "Tio Willy". That restaurant is not the worst in Santiago, but probably the worst restaurant in Latin America. I am very impressed that they would suggest such a disgusting place for tourists. If you read reviews of Tio Willy in Trip advisor, you will see many reviewers also claim the restaurant was indicated by the Oficina de Turismo. The restaurant is a de-service to human race and should be closed by "Vigilancia Sanitaria".

  Staff is very helpful and speak English. One thing to note is that their assistance on tourist questions is limited to Santiago and neighbouring cities such as Valparaiso.

  They offer free amazing tours if you want to know more about the story about this beautiful country . usually start at 10am some days of the week depend of the content You can get also free maps Cerro Santa Lucia: Sunday and Monday

  Oficina de turismo con entrega gratuita de mapas e información sobre la ciudad de Santiago, muy recomendable para turistas se habla inglés, dependiente de la Municipalidad de Santiago.
