  Beyond expectations! I highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and polite and will try their best to make sure your stay at the hotel is a nice one. The backyard is very charming and an excellent place to have breakfast or read a book.

  Vilafranca Petit Hotel is a well - hidden property in a quiet part of Providencia. There are just a few rooms, and we stayed in a 2 twin bed room. The room was spacious, quaint, and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and filling, and the staff were extremely warm and treated us very well. From the hotel, we walked to the Teleférico to San Cristobal. We also walked to Santa Lucía, along the river and through the Bellavista neighborhood. I really wish we had a couple more days to stay at the hotel! Highly recommended!

  Very nice people. Very helpful and can speak English. Rooms very old school and have a rustic feel.
